What do the tags mean?
- Ready to Ship: These products are always stocked. If we run out before your order is fulfilled, we will notify you with an ETA of when the volume should arrive.
- Preorder: These products will ship as soon as possible. If other items in your order have not arrived yet, the full order will ship together once all items are in our possession.
- Ready to Be Shipped & Preorder: These products are planned to be in stock as soon as the volume releases. Preorder tag rules also apply here
- No tag: Standard wait time applies (at least 3 weeks), to account for damaged items in transit or unexpected distributor delays such as weather or high order volumes.
Shipping Rules
- When will my order be shipped
- Manga in stock at our local warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.
- Manga in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.
- 3 weeks allows for the order to be placed in time and to account for any replacements that are needed. Natural events and holidays may interfere with ship time.
What About Backorders
- If there is a backorder, which is when the distributer does not have enough copies of a previously available title, we will cancel and refund the order.
