United States and Canda.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

US orders: Orders $50 and up will have free shipping.

Canadian orders: shipping caps at $30, we cover the rest. We do NOT cover VAT (import taxes).

TRACKING?

We provide tracking. After purchase, check email for details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Manga in stock at our local warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.

• You can find our local warehouse selection in our "Quick to Ship" tab.

Manga in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse (backorder) may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.

• 3 weeks allows for the order to be placed in time and to account for any replacements that are needed.

Natural events and holidays may interfere with ship time.

WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERS?

If there is a backorder, which is when the distributer does not have enough copies of a previously available title, we will cancel and refund the order.

We will email you about the backorder. If a restock is available, we can redo your order, per your request.

HOW TO RETURN PURCHASE?

We cannot accept returns at this time.

The ability to place returns will be available at a future date

Please read "damaged/missing orders" if your return encompasses the criteria of your items being damaged or missing.

ORDER BASICS?

Once the order is placed you will not be charged until the order is fulfilled by us.

We will have an in-stock manga page. All orders placed from the in-stock manga page will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

If the order placed has a manga that we currently do not have on hand, it will be ordered within 3 business days and will be shipped along with your order once it arrives.

HOW DO PREORDERES WORK?

All manga available for pre-order can be ordered. Pre-orders close 7 days before the disclosed release date. Any pre-orders ordered before this timeframe will be shipped within 3 days of release or once it arrives (whichever happens last).

Pre-orders ordered after the cut-off date are not guaranteed to be fulfilled within our specified shipping timeframe.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Yes. The cancellation window is two days.

***A cancellation cannot be issued after those two days. ***

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will cancel the order, and you will automatically be refunded.

You are charged when the order is fulfilled, and the payment options are as listed on the site:

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS?

We are not liable if your order is missing or damaged.

The silver lining is that if you contact us, we will try our best to find the best solution possible.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE BOOKS?

All books are brand new, but some come with manufacturer defects like:

• Misaligned spine and art
• Dents
• Minor Tears
• Creasing
• Yellowing and dust

We weed out the defective books to give you the items in the best conditions possible.
