WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders $75 and up will have free shipping.

TRACKING?

We will provide tracking so that you can have eyes on your package's location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Manga in stock at our local warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.

Manga in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.

  • 3 weeks allows for the order to be placed in time and to account for any replacements that are needed.

Natural events and holidays may interfere with ship time.

WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERS?

If there is a backorder, which is when the distributer does not have enough copies of a previously available title, we will cancel and refund the order.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN PURCHASE?

We cannot accept returns at this time.

The ability to place returns will be available at a future date

ORDER SYSTEM

ORDER BASICS?

Once the order is placed you will not be charged until the order is fulfilled by us.

We will have an in-stock manga page. All orders placed from the in-stock manga page will be fulfilled within 3 business days. If the order placed has a manga that we currently do not have on hand, it will be ordered within 3 business days and will be shipped along with your order once it arrives.

HOW DO PREORDERES WORK?

All manga available for pre-order can be ordered. Pre-orders close 7 days before the disclosed release date. Any pre-orders ordered before this timeframe will be shipped within 3 days of release or once it arrives (whichever happens last).

Pre-orders ordered after the cut-off date are not guaranteed to be fulfilled within our specified shipping timeframe.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Yes. The cancellation window is two days.

You are charged when the order is fulfilled, and the payment options are as listed on the site:

We are not liable if your order is missing or damaged, but if you contact us, we will try our best to find the best solution possible.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE BOOKS?

All books are brand new, but some come with manufacturer defects like:

  • Misaligned spine and art
  • Dents
  • Minor Tears
  • Creasing
  • Yellowing and dust

We try to weed out the defective books so that you receive only the best.
