The adventures of a liar and his band of friends who use lies to do good. Utsuho’s truthfulness as a child resulted in an enormous catastrophe, and he decided to lie from that day forward. Raised in a village of orphans by a monk, Utsuho is an unrepentant troublemaker. The monk eventually inspires him to help people, but there’s no way Utsuho’s going to lead an honest life! Instead, he’s going to use his talents for mischief and deception for good! A man going by the name of Ryubi has been trying to destroy a village inhabited by raccoon dogs called tanuki; Utsuho and his friends, however, have been standing in the way. Utsuho’s strategy, aided by the use of infiltration and medicine, seems to be working well enough to give him the upper hand in the conflict. But victory is far from assured, and the cost to achieve it may prove to be too high on both sides!

What do the tags mean?

  • No tag: Standard wait time applies (at least 3 weeks), to account for damaged items in transit or unexpected distributor delays such as weather or high order volumes.

Shipping Rules

  • When will my order be shipped
  • Manga in stock at our local warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.
  • Manga in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.
  • 3 weeks allows for the order to be placed in time and to account for any replacements that are needed. Natural events and holidays may interfere with ship time.

What About Backorders

  • If there is a backorder, which is when the distributer does not have enough copies of a previously available title, we will cancel and refund the order.
